SHIPPING & RETURNS
Purchased items are shipped via International Post. You can refer your shipping charge from their PRICE LIST.
We can use other couriers upon customer's request.
Delivery time is estimated and mentioned in a quotation. Please note the estimated delivery time on a quotation is just a reference schedule. The delivery may get delayed due to customs clearance or some other reasons. Shokunin Dou tries its best to make delivery schedules on time but the delivery delay could be inevitable in case of international shipping. Shokunin Dou appreciates customer's kind understanding for the inconvenience when delivery delay happened.
Customers can return purchased items if there is obvious fault at Shokunin Dou's side (e.g. Rough handling, product failure). In case a customer needs to return the item, Shokunin Dou will discuss how to proceed the returning process with the customer.
Please do not return the item without proper authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you notice something wrong with the item, please contact Shokunin Dou immediately with pictures and then we will start correspondence right away to resolve the problem.
Although Shokunin Dou focusing on customer's satisfaction, please note that Shokunin Dou should have discretion to make a decision on the problem.
The item must be returned in original and unused condition. Please open the package carefully and do not handle it roughly until you recognize there is no defection or fault.
Customer has a week to return items from the date when the item arrived at customer's address.
Some products might be non-returnable. In that case, that will be stated in the product description or quotation.
